Litavue is an early-stage concept for AI-enhanced reading. As a reader progresses through a book, the product generates consistent character portraits, scene illustrations and environment art that match the text.
The opportunity
Readers often imagine characters and settings differently. A shared, consistent visual layer could deepen immersion, especially for fantasy and genre fiction. The challenge is doing it without distracting from the text or compromising character continuity.
My role
I developed the product concept, reader experience and differentiation strategy and am exploring how multiple AI models can be combined to preserve character and scene continuity across a whole book.
Key work completed
- Defined the product concept and value proposition.
- Designed the reader experience, including how much visual support the reader chooses to see.
- Outlined a multi-model pipeline for characters, scenes and environments.
- Identified consistency and control as core differentiators.
Results & current status
Litavue is an early concept. No live product or validated user data is confirmed. The public URL was removed from the portfolio because the domain does not currently resolve.

Lessons learned
Consistency and control matter more than raw image quality. Readers will forgive a simple image that stays true to the story; they will not forgive a beautiful image that contradicts it.
